Sustainable Fishery
We take pride in knowing we are doing our part to ensure the clam population is accessible for future generations. You can also be assured, our clams are WILD CAUGHT.
Clams are considered to be sustainable when the population of a specific species of clam is managed in a way that provides for today’s needs without damaging the ability of the species to reproduce and be available for future generations. We are managed under a U.S. fishery management plan, assuring you that we meet 10 national standards to ensure clam stocks are maintained, overfishing is eliminated, and the long-term socioeconomic benefits to the nation are achieved.
